Finally, the Media agrees with Trump !

The past several days has been a great awaking of the biased media.  The entire world, 200+ countries, agree that President Trump is correct in his assessment that it is time to end the pompous displays of N Korea.  A mere idiot trying to run a country that is in no position, or consequence, to take on the world with threats of grandeur.    USA is taking steps that could have saved millions of lives in Libya, Egypt, Syria.  Obama did not have the intelligence or desire to make a stand.   And the UN agrees.  End the stupidity of N Korea quickly.  Don’t let it escalate as Europe did in 1938 when Hitler proposed the similar threats.  Europe delayed in ending the threats, and again millions of lives were lost for no reason.     Praise President Trump for having the foresight to move forward and confront the situation  –  regardless of the socialistic bleeding heart liberals dominating the media.   This too is a good point, the reason the media is so dominated is a direct relationship to people who choose NOT to work, but find others to pay them not to have to work, just suckle on the hind teat of society.

Trump Triumphs

The media is sooooo sickening….   Trump’s ratings are in excess of 58%, and has accomplished more in 6 months than Obama had in 8 years, but the biased media is tooo dumb to admit how wrong they are.

I do hope that the media will learn or go away.  The public is NOT stupid enough to accept the lies of the media.

Comfort Food from Italy

The origins of spaghetti and meatballs comes from the effort of average families using leftovers to extend their food and save money. When times are tough, waste not.

However, as with most of us, these comfort foods are a tradition that brings back memories.  And using additional ingredients, can become a delicacy.

Traditional meatballs can be made large or small, but I prefer the bite size.  They cook more evenly and are less of an obstacle for the younger persons at the table.

Adding day old crust-less sourdough bread, finely chopped onions, oregano, grated parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to the meatballs creates a very enjoyable flavor and consistency.

You can use the traditional red pasta sauce, or add mushrooms and peas to the pasta with a small amount of Alfredo sauce.

As another alternative, you can extend Tuna for the meatballs and have a great dish was well.

Pasta works very well for large family gatherings as the prep time is short, you can pre-cook the pasta al dente , prepare the meatballs and sauce ahead of time, thus giving you time to enjoy the gathering and put the food out in less time and less cost.
